Local Heating & Air Conditioning Company Donates HVAC System to LeBron James Family Foundation's First-Ever, “PROMISE Project”

Elyria, Ohio – Luxury Heating & Air Conditioning, an HVAC contractor servicing Cleveland’s West side, partnered with Mitsubishi Electric and Trane to donate an energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system to the LeBron James Family Foundation’s PROMISE Project.

The Foundation’s PROMISE Project brought together more than 30 local partners, LeBron James and HGTV’s Rehab Addict star Nicole Curtis to renovate the home and lawn of one of LeBron’s deserving Wheels for Education students and her family. The six episodes of Rehab Addict that feature the PROMISE Project will air on HGTV starting Thursday, November 20, at 9:00 p.m. EST and will continue to air throughout December and January.

Additional episodes will air on HGTV at 9:00pm EST on December 4th, 11th, and 18th, and at 9:00pm EST and 9:30pm EST on January 1st.

“At Luxury Heating & Air Conditioning, we have a strong commitment to our surrounding communities,” said Paul Samek, Residential Sales Manager. “The PROMISE Project is the perfect example of local businesses coming together to make a difference in the lives of families around them. The LeBron James Family Foundation is truly inspiring and we are very proud to be involved.”

The donated HVAC system included a Mitsubishi Ductless Split System and a high-efficiency Trane Heat Pump that together will offer the family energy-efficient, room-by-room comfort – year round.
