Coloring Contest Rules

1. This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winning. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning.
2. Contest is open to Northeast Ohio residents. Parental consent is required if selected as a potential winner. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
3. To enter, print out the image and color it in using any medium you’d like. Once complete, scan or take a picture of your child’s entry and email it to [email protected]. Please include child’s name and age as well as parent/guardian’s full name, address, email & contact information. Any entries missing the above requirements will be immediately disqualified.
4. Entry must be received by Luxury Heating no later than June 30, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. Luxury holds no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries, or incomplete/incorrect entries.
5. All entries must be original and entirely created by the entrant. There are no restrictions on what an entrant can use to color the image.
6. Entries will be judged by a panel of Luxury employees. Each entry will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% coloring skill. One winner from each age group will be determined by the judges in their sole discretion. The decisions of the judges will be final and binding in all respects.
7. One (1) winner in the 4 and under age group; one (1) winner in the 5-7 age group; and one (1) winner in the 8-12 age group will be selected. We will contact the potential winners by phone or email.  The name and city of the winner along with their entry will be posted on the Sponsor website (www.luxuryheatingco.com).
8. Prize: One (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card will be awarded per winner per age group. Each entrant will receive a free ice cream cone to a location chosen by Luxury Heating Co.
9. Noncompliance or return of prize, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative potential winner.
10. In the event of insufficient entries for an age group, a winner may not be chosen for that age group.
11. Luxury employees, retailers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
12. All entries become the property of Luxury Heating and may be used or reproduced in any manner and for any purpose by Luxury Heating without additional consent or compensation, and will not be acknowledged or returned.
13. By participating, Contest entrants: (1) represent that they have complied with these Official Contest Rules; (2) grant Luxury Heating the right to use his or her name, city, state, and likeness, (3) release Luxury Heating from any and all liability in connection with this Contest and (4) agree to execute an affidavit of eligibility/prize acceptance form and publicity release if requested to do so, all without further compensation.
