We woke up this morning to no heat in our house. The temperature was 17 outside, and 57 inside and dropping. My husband called Luxury Heating and they text me with an arrival time of between 8am-noon. Carlos arrived around 8:30am. He was very polite and personable. He explained what the problem was, and fixed it. He even fixed the door on the front that we couldn't get to stay shut. We will highly recommend you to any family/friends that need your services.

Highly recommend. The person that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Had an appointment scheduled for the next day, but they had and opening and came the same day! Repaired the board on the furnace and did a complete cleaning of the furnace for a very reasonable price. Great company and will be a return customer!

Luxury Heating & Cooling was great in every way. They were knowledgeable, always on time, and friendly. They even engaged in my toddler during the installation who is over-talkative whenever someone knew is over lol. They also wore masks as a precaution and we appreciated that. The installation process went very smooth and they cleaned up everything afterward. I will be recommending to everyone.

Moved into our new home in May, 2019. Noticed the time was off on the wall thermostat and could not reset it. Talked with a customer service rep. at Honeywell (overseas and worthless). Your company came out quickly and on time to replace the faulty thermostat. Very pleased and would use you again and recommend you to any one who asked for a referral.

Every employee from Luxury that came to our home was very professional and knowledgeable. They worked in unison, clean and willing to keep us informed what was taking place. When they left the area was so clean that the only thing that was noticeable was a bright and shiny new furnace. Highly recommend. We took Randy's advice and have been very thankful. Quiet and warm.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and solved our issue very quickly. He also found a small gas leak in one of the piping threads and corrected it immediately. He also looked up the part that needed replaced and discovered it was under warranty, so no charge to me. Excellent service all around.

Our gas furnace stopped working late Friday night. We called several companies seeking repair. No one except Luxury was willing to help. They came out first thing Saturday. The repairman was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Not only did he immediately find the problem (a plugged drain), he showed me how to fix it should it happen again! I will definitely look to use them again in the future.

Outside a/c unit, three months old, turns out a bad batch of fuses from the fuse manufacturer, widely known problem in the area. Awesome service, for a problem not of their making- called Luxury @ 9pm Sat. evening, arrived the next day at noon to fix it- on a Sunday!Installation was a great experience three months ago; now service as well. I would recommend Luxury Heating to anyone.

From start to finish a great experience. Scheduled a tech within two days to service a really old ac unit. They were able to recharge and the tech was very informative and helpful. Most likely a leak, but the machine is so old (35+ years) and the "juice" is so expensive that it's not worth it find the leak especially bc it may not even be repairable. Offered advice and suggestions and was very knowledge and was not pushy. Loved the experience.

Very thoughtful experience start to finish. Our technician encountered every obstacle there probably could have been from bad compressor, valve, coil and so forth. He remained patient and informative. For being new construction all of this was rather unexpected especially with northern Ohio finally hitting 90 degree temps. I would recommend Luxury to any of my friends and family should they ever be in the need of HVAC work. The office staff was extremely pleasant as well!

Had no heat on Sunday 03/31. Called for help. 1 hour later a technician showed up and got heat back in house. Said he would come back next day to install new motor on straight time not Sunday call out. Monday they came and installed motor. The office called and said you are still under warranty, 9 years, only charged for call out and labor. Saved us $500.00. First class outfit!

From the time I called, and the quick call back with information, up to the scheduled appointment with a Tech, Luxury Heating Company was spot on professional. The person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and got back to me with an answer right away. The Technician, Tom, arrived promptly, at the very beginning of the 4 hour window I was given. He did his diagnostics and stayed to make sure the issue was tested and resolved with the furnace and duct work. He was genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and made sure to explain things thoroughly to me before he left. I plan to call about the Maintenance Plan soon. Very pleased with the Service from beginning to end that Luxury Heating Company provided.

Excellent service! On a Saturday during freezing January temperatures, my furnace fan died. After calling their service number, their technician arrived about an hour after I called. Courteous and efficient and fixed the problem quickly. Having googled the problem, I felt that the cost was more than fair.

I woke up this morning and noticed my furnace was not operating properly, so I called Luxury Heating as soon as the office opened and they were able to send a technician (Adam) right away to diagnose the problem and had my furnace up and running in about 25 minutes... This is my first time using Luxury Heating but so far so good... I really appreciate Adam's prompt service....I'm planning on scheduling routine maintenance for the future.

Technician Matt was technically expert. He checked and confirmed the operation and status of every key component and made certain that the furnace, electronic filter and steam humidifier responded to controls and the thermostat. He cleaned the filters and checked the igniter. He demonstrated the same high quality as the company did with the installation.

We have been using Luxury Heating for as long as I can recall. Today we had a performance check on our 2 furnaces. All filters were checked to see if replacements were needed as well. The service representative was professional, respectful, and left the work area very clean. He arrived during his designated time frame as well. Luxury Heating was chosen by my builder to install my heating/AC unit and I only had to call for service on my unit maybe 2 times after moving in. Flash forward 15 years later and we are in the heat of August 2018. Out of now where on a Sunday my AC unit freezes up on the inside and outside. I contact Luxury Monday and Wednesday afternoon I had a new unit installed and running. Not having air conditioning for 3 days was an inconvenience but more importantly I suffer from Asthma and my rescue dog has breathing issues. I relayed the importance of getting a new unit up and running as soon as possible to Matt the technician. He heard my concerns and contacted the owner to see what could be done. Paul sent me a contract via email in a matter of 20 minutes after speaking with Matt. Paul then called me after I sent a reply to the contract. Wednesday morning Wayne the Service Director came to my home and started breaking down the old unit and then started to install the new unit by himself! I was amazed with the customer service and genuine concern every employee I came in contact with through the entire process. I cannot Thank the entire team enough for going out of their way to provide such swift and professional service. My experience with Luxury is an true example of a team of people that are committed to quality WORK in every sense of customer service. The integrity that Luxury Heating and its employees projects is the reason why they have been in business since 1947.

Andrew was the tech dispatched to finish our install. He called 45 minutes prior to notify me of his anticipated arrival time. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and welcomed any questions. The entire scheduling process leading up to this service call was great! I even received a text msg reminder the day before (not all businesses do this, but I appreciate those who do). Finally, being someone who values and promotes a great customer experience in my workplace, I also liked being told to expect a survey and to provide any feedback on my experience. I used Luxury Heating to install a Mitsubishi MXZ hyper heat system in my parent's home. They had electric baseboard heat and no air conditioning. Paul worked with us to come up with a whole home solution to eliminate window AC units and baseboard heat. On day 1 of the install, 6 or 7 techs showed up to quickly get the install under way. It took less than a week to get a brand new heating and air conditioning system installed throughout the home. Their team leader was excellent and kept us informed every step of the way.

Our air conditioner went to the great HVAC in the sky at the beginning of air conditioning season, along with everyone else.
